The history of Sadieville Soap began with a solution to a problem. Bernadette, the brains behind the operation, has very sensitive skin. Despite her best efforts, she could not find many products that helped with her condition. In 2019, she decided to take matters into her own hands—literally. She began educating herself on the art of soap making the old-fashioned way. She shared her creations with friends and family, who praised the quality and effectiveness of her soaps and lotions. Soon after, requests for custom orders for events started coming in. Encouraged by many to turn her passion into a business, she founded Sadieville Soap.
Today, Bernadette’s dedication to her craft remains unwavering. All our products are handcrafted on our ridge in beautiful Sadieville, Kentucky. We use only the highest-quality natural ingredients and pay meticulous attention to detail in the final product. We rigorously test our products to ensure they align with Bernadette’s original goal: a high-quality product that is kind to the skin.
